As horse owners, getting away from home can be difficult. Whether you're heading to a show over the weekend, several weeks of shows or just getting away for a 'real' vacation, going away from home is never easy when you have horses. There are always horses left at home to feed and chores to do....finding someone dependable who takes the same pride in caring for horses that you do seems impossible. Friends and family offer, but do they really know horses? Now there is no need to worry, we can help! Give us a call today for a personalized price quote for horse sitting. Daily care by experienced horse owner. All clients will be charged a basic mileage fee of $.50/mile. (Actual mileage) plus a flat daily rate. Daily rates are figured in advance, based on the number of horses and other animals and the type of chores that need to be done. No surpises, no hidden fees.

RIDING LESSONS
Tina has been a 4H Leader Volunteer for over five years in Marshall County, IN. She has been giving riding lessons for over 8 years and her students have not only improved their riding skills, but they have also seen their share of success in the show pen. We cover everything from basic handling, grooming and saddling skills to confident horsemanship and riding practices that can be applied on the trail or in the show pen. We focus on developing confidence, proper seat and balance combined with the effective use of quiet hands and legs. We strive to develop well balanced confident riders who have the skills to effectively communicate with their horse in any discipline or event.
With over 20 years of practical horse experience, we are proud to offer a variety of services to our clients. We offer on-site horse sitting and daily chores and horseback riding lessons for the beginner to intermediate rider. In the future we also plan to offer long and short term horse boarding as well as basic riding and training.
Rooster Ridge specializes in youth and 4H riders, Tina has a fun approach to teaching that kids and adults both enjoy and appreciate. If you're looking for a fun, relaxed atmosphere to learn about horses from the ground up, then this is the place for you. We offer lessons on our quality horses, or yours.
